Prezența la vot la Găneasa: 64,22%

Duminică, mulți locuitori ai comunei Găneasa s-au prezentat la secțiile de votare pentru a-și exprima opțiunile. La secția 225, situată în școala nouă din apropierea Primăriei, 606 din cei 867 de alegători arondați au votat, ceea ce înseamnă o prezență de 69,89%.

În urma alegerilor, Radu-Gabriel Niculae, candidatul PNL, a obținut 60,97% din voturi. De asemenea, Consiliul Local Găneasa va avea 15 mandate în urma votului.

Primarul în funcție, Raul-Gabriel Niculae, a mulțumit echipei sale pentru sprijinul din timpul campaniei electorale și a remarcat dorința cetățenilor pentru o schimbare în bine, în ciuda temperaturilor ridicate anunțate de meteorologi.

Ionela Alice Enache, președinta secției de votare 225, a declarat: "Totul se desfășoară pașnic, fără incidente, doar că mai încet ca de obicei. Volumul mare de muncă, buletinele de vot mai numeroase, și problemele de sănătate ale unor alegători îngreunează puțin procesul. În primele ore ale zilei am avut o prezență mai mare la vot față de alegerile anterioare. Până acum (ora 13.00) avem în jur de 260 de votanți."

Procentul final de prezență la vot pentru întreaga comună a fost de 64,22%.

SALT LAKE CITY — The Utah Department of Health and Human Services said Tuesday that Utah has had 48 reported cases of cyclospora since May 1.Of those sick individuals, 31 reported traveling outside the United States, and 12 reported traveling to other states, but five reported they had not traveled outside of Utah.The health department said those five cases are still being investigated, and several of the sick individuals have not been interviewed yet.Cyclosporiasis is caused by a microscopic parasite that leads to severe diarrhea and dehydration in those infected. It is often more common in the spring and summer, but this year's cases are higher than normal, with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reporting over 18,000 cases around the country.Some Iceberg lettuce supplied by Taylor Farms from Mexico has been recalled in connection with the outbreak, but Utah's health department said Utah has not received any of those recalled products.The CDC says the outbreak is occurring in nine states, which does not include Utah.On Monday, it was reported that two people in Michigan died in connection with the cyclosporiasis outbreak.
