Walking the carpet alongside seasoned Met Gala attendees were a couple of first-timers who made their debut at the event held the first Monday in May.Connor Storie and Hudson Williams – leads of the Crave mega-hit hockey romance series “Heated Rivalry” – walked the carpet for the first time after being launched to stardom earlier this year. Another pair of breakout stars, Ejae and Audrey Nuna from “K-Pop Demon Hunters,” also attended for the first time.Storrie, the 26-year-old “Heated Rivalry” star, made his Met Gala debut in a polka-dot halter-top ensemble by Saint Laurent’s Anthony Vaccarello. Storrie was spotted leaving the Carlyle Hotel with a trail of fabric wrapped around his neck, blowing in the wind. Working with stylist James Yardley, Storrie was accessorized by Tiffany and Co. brooches and caused quite a stir on the red carpet when he took his jacket off to reveal his outfit’s halter details that left his arms bare. The other half of the “Heated Rivalry” duo, Hudson Williams, was spotted leaving his hotel in a white robe and nothing underneath, according to what Williams was telling bystanders waiting outside. He arrived on the carpet in a baby blue suit with black embellishments, accompanied by a black cape-like fabric draped from his waist. The newly-minted star eschewed a shirt under the jacket, allowing the actor to flaunt his abs. The look is a custom Balenciaga styled by Anastasia Walker, with makeup and hair inspired by Darren Aronofsky’s “Black Swan.” Williams told Vogue he wanted the look to be an ode to cinema.Ejae chose silver over a “golden” look, wearing a glittering column gown from Swarovski. “K-Pop Demon Hunters” became Netflix’s most watched-film in 2025, launching Ejae and her fellow cast members to fame and the Oscars, where they won an Academy Award for their hit song “Golden.” Another first-timer at the Met Gala was her “K-Pop” co-star, Audrey Nuna, in a dramatic black-and-white splattered coat and hat, created by designer Robert Wun.
