Altex România va construi un parc fotovoltaic în Dragomirești Deal

ALTEX ROMÂNIA SRL, cu sediul în orașul Voluntari, pe Șoseaua București Nord, nr. 10, clădirea GlobalCity Business Park, corporele O11, etajele 9 și 10, județul Ilfov, anunță intenția de a dezvolta un parc fotovoltaic. Compania este înregistrată la Oficiul Registrului Comerțului sub nr. J/23/2611/2016 și are codul de identificare fiscală CUI 2864518, fiind reprezentată de Dan-Constantin Ostahie.

În conformitate cu articolul 19 litera d din Regulamentul pentru acordarea licențelor și autorizațiilor în sectorul energiei electrice emis de ANRE, Altex a publicat un anunț referitor la acest proiect. Parcul fotovoltaic va avea o putere totală instalată de 3113 kWp, utilizând panouri fotovoltaice, și va fi amplasat pe acoperișul clădirii existente denumită Depozit (C1), situată în comuna Dragomirești Deal, pe strada Carpenului, nr. 2.

Proiectul va include panouri fotovoltaice, invertoare și sisteme de conexiuni. Este important de menționat că imobilul Depozit (C1) este în proprietatea ALTEX, conform Extrasului de Carte Funciară pentru informare nr. 182652/25.04.2024.
