Prezenta la vot in Bucuresti: sub 42%, dar mai mare decat in 2020

Peste 1,8 milioane de locuitori din Bucuresti au avut posibilitatea sa voteze pe 9 iunie 2024. Dintre acestia, doar putin peste 747.000 au mers la urne, reprezentand sub 42% din totalul cetatenilor cu drept de vot. Prezenta la vot a fost mai ridicata decat in 2020, cand pandemia de COVID-19 a impus restrictii, iar prezenta a fost de 36,92%. Totusi, procentajul a fost mai mic decat in 2012, cand 44,24% dintre bucuresteni au votat.

Nicusor Dan, reconfirmat pentru al doilea mandat

Dupa Revolutia din 1989, Bucurestiul a avut noua alegeri libere pentru autoritatile locale. In 2024, primarul in functie, Nicusor Dan, a castigat al doilea mandat consecutiv, obtinand peste 47% din voturi. El a fost urmat de Gabriela Firea, care a obtinut aproximativ 22% din voturi.

Nicusor Dan a declarat: "Sa stiti ca niciodata politicianul nu castiga alegeri. Alegerile sunt castigate de comunitati. Am avut in Bucuresti o uriasa comunitate care si-a dorit onestitate in functia publica. Sunt coplesit de responsabilitatea pe care mi-o dati."

Rezultate preliminare

Rezultatele preliminare pe baza centralizarilor din cele 1.215 sectii de votare indica urmatoarele procente:

  • Nicusor Dan: 47,56% (326.568 voturi)
  • Gabriela Firea (PSD): 22,18% (152.325 voturi)
  • Cristian Popescu Piedone (PUSL): 15,48% (106.300 voturi)
  • Sebastian Burduja (PNL): 7,77% (53.385 voturi)
  • Mihai Enache (AUR): 3,04% (20.847 voturi)

Situatia in sectoarele Capitalei

La sectoarele 1 si 2, rezultatele finale nu erau inca anuntate, dar partialele indica ca George Tuta (PNL) si Rares Hopinca (PSD) ar fi noii edili. Robert Negoita a castigat din nou la Sectorul 3, iar Daniel Baluta a obtinut un nou mandat la Sectorul 4. La Sectorul 5, fiul ii ia locul tatalui: Vlad Popescu Piedone va fi noul edil, dupa ce tatal sau, Cristian Popescu Piedone, nu a candidat, optand pentru Primaria Generala, pe care a pierdut-o categoric.
